Returns and Exchanges

If some or all of the products received do not meet with your satisfaction, you have a 14-day return period after receipt.

Returned products delivered to us must be in good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without being used. The refund will cover the products and the initial delivery costs and the refund will be made directly to the credit card used during the order.

The shipping costs associated with returning your products are at your expense.

Changed your mind?

If goods are unwanted we will happily offer an exchange or About Rose Gift Voucher to the value of the goods, provided they are returned un-opened and in a re-sellable conditions within 28 days of you receiving the goods. If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page.
2. We will send you via email a returns reference number and provide you with an address.
3. Please write the returns number clearly on the box and send (along with original packaging where possible) to the address provided.
4. Once we have received the goods, we will arrange your refund or replacement within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged please follow these steps and we will offer replacement or a full refund. We take pride in the quality of our products so any return is automatically logged and feedback is given to our product development team.
Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
1. Fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page.
2. Please email us a photo of the damaged or faulty goods to service@AboutRose.com.
3. We will send you via email a returns reference number.
4. We will arrange your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your request and if required the photographic evidence.

Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods and that we may or may not collect the damaged goods from you for further investigation at no additional cost to you. A replacement or full refund will be sent to you within 14 days. We are very concerned about the quality of our products and are very attentive to the feedback of every customer that we refer to our development team.
